Youth pathway

Youth Programme

Ages 13–18

A mature football environment introducing higher-level concepts, composure, critical thinking and preparation for the next level.

Higher-level concepts are introduced with a mature approach. Players develop composure, critical thinking, game management and the on-field and off-field knowledge needed for progression towards semi-professional or professional football.

Koach App for Youth players: Coaches use the app to create and monitor each player’s Individual Action Plan (IAP), record observations, provide personalised feedback and track technical, tactical, physical and behavioural progress. Players and parents can view goals, feedback and progress updates through the separate Koach App. The Koach App is not the same as the F17 Member Portal. The S$100 Koach App fee is a one-time payment charged upon joining the Youth Programme.
